BIM design

BIM or Building Information Modeling is the newest achievement in the field of building and construction.

Thanks to a consistent data environment, many parties responsible for a designing process can work using one model, adding their own guidelines and parameters, which allows a better understanding of the design idea and the function of the building.

Using secured exchange of information between different systems, participants of the project have the access to the most recent information, including updated changes, work progress or costs of the project.

Designers, investors and the final users, thanks to the BIM technology, used from the earliest designing stage, can jointly devise the most appropriate concept of the building and test it in the 3D model before they begin its implementation.

The BIM design methodology is getting more and more popular among the construction industry since it allows for an easy and transparent control of the supply chains, decreasing the risk of errors and avoiding waste.
