DEFINITIONS

§ 1

  3. User – any entity using the Website.
  4. Personal data – any information about a natural person, identified or possible to identify by one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a person, including the device IP, location data, online ID and information collected by cookies and other similar technology.
  5. GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons in terms of processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

§ 2

  1. Privacy policy and cookies is set of rules concerning proceeding of personal data, using cookies and other technologies on this Website.

PERSONAL DATA

§ 3

  1. A personal data controller is the Administrator.
  2. The User may transfer his personal data to the Administrator using the Contact Form.
  3. Users’ personal data is processed by the Administrator:
    1. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR – in order to conduct correspondence between the Administrator and the User, including the correspondence via the Contact Form;
    2. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR – to provide services electronically in the matter of sharing the content of the Website with the Users;
    3. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR – in order to allow the Administrator to perform legally binding duties to the extent specified by the special provisions;
    4. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR – in order to analyze the Users’ activity, their preferences, marketing and remarketing and to improve the functionalities and services;
    5. pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR – in order to determine, investigate or defend against any potential claims (in order to protect the Administrator’s rights).
  4. Personal data of the Users’ will be stored in the Administrator’s database for the time determined by the purposes and grounds of the processing, in case of contacting the Administrator while conducting correspondence between the Parties.
  5. The Administrator provides the Users with full confidentiality in terms of all personal data transferred to him.
  6. The Administrator ensures using technical and organizational measures protecting the processing of data, adequate to threats and types of data subject to protection.
  7. The Administrator does not share the data provided by Users to any third party, apart from the exceptions established in the following Privacy Policy.
  8. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against any potential access by unauthorized party.
  9. The User is entitled to the following rights:
    1. the right to request access to his personal data, its rectification, removal or limitation in processing;
    2. the right to raise an objection to the processing of personal data;
    3. the right to transfer his personal data;
    4. the right to withdraw a consent concerning processing his personal data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave this consent;
    5. the right to complain to the supervisory body concerning the processing of personal data by the Administrator, if the Users believes that his data is processed in the illegal manner.
  10. The Administrator entitles ultimahost.pl Szeliga sp. J.90-019 Łódź, Dowborczyków 25, NIP: 9671354758 REGON: 341287109, KRS: 0000423178 to process personal data in order to store it on a server that guarantees the confidentiality of such data in this database.

 

 

COOKIES

§ 4

  1. The Administrator uses cookies which are small text information, stored on the User’s device.
  2. Cookies can be read by the IT system of Administrator.
  3. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s device and then gets the access to information contained there for the statistical, marketing (remarketing) purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
  4. Administrator informs about the possibility to configure the Internet browser in a way that it would prevent the storing of cookies on the user’s device. However, it can significantly hinder using the Website.
  5. The Administrator also informs that cookies can be deleted by the User once they are
    saved by the Administrator, using the appropriate functions of the web browser, special programs or appropriate tools available in operating system used by the User.

 

 

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

§ 5

  1. The Administrator informs the User that he uses the tools provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA :
    1. Google Analytics, which automatically gathers information about using the Website by the User. Detailed rules concerning the functioning and privacy policy of Google Analytics are available at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245
    2. Google Adwords – remarketing tools prepared to promote the Website in search results and on the pages of external entities.
  2. While visiting the Website, a cookie file of Google remarketing is left on the User’s device, which, with the help of the ID and the history of the pages visited by the User, will allow the User to display ads according to the preferences based on the browsing history.
  3. The data gathered by the Administrator is not used to connected to the User’s personal data with information that would allow to connect the User with the previously collected data using any marketing product or Google functions without prior notification of the User and receiving his unequivocal consent.

 

 

SERVER LOGS

§ 6

  1. Using the Website involves sending inquiries to the server on which the Website is stored.
  2. Each inquiry addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. The logs contain, for instance, User’s IP address, server date and time and the information about the Internet browser and the operating system used by the User.
  3. Logs are saved and stored on the above-mentioned server.
  4. The data stored in the server logs are not connected with specific Website Users and are not used by the Administrator for any kind of User identification.
  5. Server logs are only support tools used to administer the Website, and their content is not reveled to anyone except those entitled to administer the server.
